Crain’s: East Village development underscores big changes just south of Stuy Town
Extell has commenced marketing the East Village rentals at EVGB, a three-building luxury development taking shape on 14th Street between Avenues A and B. Upon completion, EVGB’s first two buildings will be home to 110 market-rate luxury residences and a Target on the ground floor. The development, which sits across from the famed Stuyvesant Town, will also be home to some of the city’s most luxe amenities, including a 19,000-square-foot roof deck complete with a putting green, fire pits, a yoga lawn, and alfresco dining space.
