Leasing has commenced at Extell-developed EVGB, a new East Village luxury rental building. EVGB, which occupies a prime corner spot on 14th Street between Avenues A and B, will be home to 110 luxury residences, ranging from lofts to three bedrooms. Each will be outfitted with conveniences rarely found in Manhattan rentals, including in-residence washers and dryers, top-of-the-line kitchens, large bathrooms, and private outdoor space for most of the homes. The Beyer Blinder Belle-designed building, with interiors from McGinley Design, is also as amenity-packed as any of Extell’s other developments. It includes a rooftop area with an outdoor dining space, a bocce court, a wet bar, showers, fire pits, and ample room for yoga and high-intensity workouts, as well as an indoor fitness center, indoor saltwater pool, attended lobby, and children’s playroom.
