Extell Launches EVGB at 510 East 14th Street, East Village Rentals from $3,695/Month
Extell has made its first foray into the East Village with EVGB, a new luxury rental building at 510 East 14th Street between Avenues A and B. The seven-story Beyer Blinder Belle-designed building will be home to more than 100 residences upon completion, from studio lofts starting at $3,695 to three bedrooms. The interiors come courtesy of McGinley Design and are outfitted with top-of-the-line kitchens in a choice of light or dark color palettes, walk-in closets, spacious modern baths, and a washer and dryer. The doorman-attended building also encompasses a wide array of amenities, including an indoor saltwater lap pool, two-story fitness center, private lounge, and playroom, and a rooftop with outdoor dining and grilling space, a wet bar, fire pits, and plenty of space to exercise, thanks to yoga and workout areas, a bocce ball court, and a putting green.
