Extell has expanded its reach into the East Village with the construction of EVGB, the developer’s first project in the Downtown neighborhood. Five of the building’s 110 market-rate rentals, which range from large studio lofts to three bedrooms, are now leasing, with prices starting at $3,695 per month. Homes in the Beyer Blinder Belle-designed building will be outfitted with a choice of light or dark color palettes, in-home washers and dryers, walk-in closets, and state-of-the-art kitchens, while residents can additionally enjoy communal spaces like the fitness center, saltwater pool, children’s playroom, and amenity-packed roof deck.
