Extell Development kicked off the unveiling of their East Village rentals at EVGB with a Cinco de Mayo celebration on the building’s rooftop. With more than 200 brokers turning out to tour EVGB’s WorkOf-designed model homes, the festive event served as an opportunity for members of the real estate community to get a glimpse of the new luxury building. EVGB is composed of 109 luxury homes, which range from studio lofts to three bedrooms and feature luxe details like state-of-the art kitchens, in-home washer-dryers, walk-in closets, and outdoor space for more than half of the residences. EVGB also offers one of the city’s most comprehensive amenities packages, which includes an attended lobby and concierge, two-story fitness center, saltwater lap pool and steam room, and children’s playroom, and a residents’ lounge with a kitchen, bar, and seating areas. The 19,000-square-foot roof deck is outfitted with fire pits, grilling stations, a wet bar, putting green, bocce court, yoga lawn, outdoor shower, and HIIT area, as well as an outdoor screening space.
