Extell-developed EVGB is home to some of the most luxurious amenity spaces the city has ever seen. The building’s East Village rentals, which range from studios to three bedrooms, are accompanied by a suite of McGinley Design-crafted amenities, including an artfully decorated attended lobby, a concierge, a two-story fitness center, saltwater lap pool, steam room, children’s playroom, and a private residents-only lounge with both a kitchen and bar. Atop the building, however, is its pièce de résistance: a 19,000-square-foot rooftop deck with open air dining and grilling areas, a wet bar, fire pit, putting green, bocce court, HIIT and yoga areas, and a shower.
