The New York Times: Goodbye Silicon Valley, Hello East Village
Finding the perfect place to call home in New York isn’t easy, but the East Village rentals at EVGB are making the decision a little bit easier for prospective residents. Married couple Kendra Sinclair and Jared Vengrin, both Facebook employees, traded a life in the Bay Area for one of these NYC luxury apartments by Union Square. The amenity-packed building offered everything they wanted, including a pet-friendly space, quiet residences, and a long list of amenities, including a bilevel gym, indoor pool, residents lounge, and 19,000-square-foot landscaped roof deck perfect for entertaining. “Everything is wonderfully new. There is not a scuff mark. It is pin-drop silent. We haven’t heard a single thing—not a siren, not a motorcycle revving,” says Sinclair. “We keep pinching ourselves about how appreciative we are to be here.”
